We like these, because they work in so many situations; liners or just by themselves.
This is Margery, I do not like driving gloves with leather on the palms or fingers, because I find the steering wheel does not flow through my hands. Rather than attempt after all these years to change my grip, I prefer gloves without 'grippers', and these work beautifully. My hands stay warm and protected from the cold, while the black color goes with everything.
